Fine French Gold, Enamel and Colorless Glass Scent Bottle in Fitted Case, third quarter 19th century, octagonal, the glass vial with gold lid and collar, with Gothic Revival arches centered by cloisonne flowers, the top of lid with enamel on copper profile bust of a helmeted classical goddess in silver surround, in conforming fitted morocco case, perfume lg. 3 1/8, case lg. 3 1/2 in. tests as gold, approx. 14kt., likely 18kt. slight tarnish/discoloration spots to lid around silver frame of enamel plaque. minor wear to case.
