French, early 20th century. Louis XVI style giltwood carved settee with central pierced and carved floral filled basket cresting over a ribbon and floral carved frame with padded back, arms and bowfront seat over a similarly carved apron centered with portrait medallion and flanked by floral garland swag (one broken off). Raised on turned tapered and fluted legs headed with patera blocks and terminating on casters. Height 43.5", width 51" (arm to arm), seat depth 23", seat height 16".
