Engraver Artist(Pennsylvania, active 1791-1804) - Fraktur drawing, hand-drawn watercolor and ink on paper, with a peacock with blue body, red and yellow wings, and yellow and blue tail, standing on a lawn and flanked by a tulip tree on the left and a star flower tree on the right, 3" x 3 7/8". For a similar example, see Fraktur Writings or Illuminated Manuscripts by Dr. Donald A. Shelley, plate 54. Dr. Shelley assigned the name "Engraver Artist" to this artist.
