Pair of his and hers glazed terracotta majolica figural jardinieres or floor planters, each apparently unmarked, comprising "His" depicting the face of a man with moustache and brown eyes, with head shrouded in turban or headscarf of brilliant cobalt blue with ribbons of lavender, headscarf with crest medallion with c-scrolls and s-scrolls; and "Hers" depicting the face of a woman with beauty mark above her lip and brown eyes, with head shrouded in turban or headscarf of brilliant cobalt blue with ribbons of lavender, headscarf with crest medallion with c-scrolls and s-scrolls, with two blue flowers framing face. Each approximate height 16.5", diameter of mouth 8".
