Very fine and rare, stainless steel wristwatch with a stainless steel Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, anti-magnetic cap, lapidated bezel, concave lugs. Two-tone sand with applied steel Arabic numerals and baton indexes, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds dial. Steel feuille hands. Notes Ref. 565 Production of this reference started in 1938 with caliber 12'''120, which was superseded in 1942 by the center seconds caliber 12SC. This model is very sought after by collectors and furthermore inspire the creation in 2006 of the Ref 5565, in stainless steel with two tone dial, made in a limited edition of 300 pieces to celebrate the re-opening of the Patek Philippe boutique in Geneva.
