Very fine and rare, brass-mounted, marble hour and half-hour striking table regulator, with two-second remontoire and a spe-cial compensation pendulum. Two blocks of green verde marble joined by black molded marble section, small extended marble molding at the top supporting the movement. White enamel, flat, Roman numerals, outer minute ring. Blued steel "Breguet" hands. Notes Intended as an homage to Paul Garnier, this regulator was built as a study of aesthetic and mechanical principles, and is a unique piece.The engraved, silvered brass dial displays center-seconds with concentric sculpted blue steel Breguet-style hour and minute hands in a subsidiary dial.
