Very fine and rare 18K gold minute-repeating keyless watch with split-seconds chronograph and 30-minute instantaneous recorder. four-body, massive, "demi-bassine", polished, hinged gold cuvette with inscription. white enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minutes and chronograph rings, sunk subsidiary seconds and minutes register. Blued steel "spade" hands.
