Buhre’s Imperial presentation watches with repeaters are very rare. Paul Buhre, Supplier to the Imperial Court, No. 303777, made for the Russian Court, circa 1910. Fine 14K gold and enamel hunting-cased keyless presentation watch in red morocco fitted box. Five-body, "bassine et filets", engine-turned, the front with champlevé black enamel Imperial Eagle, gold hinged cuvette. Whiteenamel, radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions with five-minute Arabic markers, subsidiary seconds. Gold "Spade" hands.
