Walter Emerson Baum(American, 1884-1956) - Oil on masonite interior scene titled "Flowers in the Studio", signed lower left "W. E. Baum 1954", together with a pencil study for the studio scene, signed lower left "W.E. Baum", 23" x 29 1/2". This painting was awarded the Thorton Oakley prize in 1954 and honorable mention from the American Artist Professional League, New York 1955.
