A walnut sideboard in the French Provincial style, the top decorated with checkerboard parquetry, with molded scalloped front edge, over the facade with three small upper drawers with molded panels each decorated with carved foliate motifs and patinated metal brasses, over the three large hinged lower doors decorated with cyma curved molded panels opening to shelf space, the central door with central carved shell motif, the serpentine skirt also with central carved shell, the corners decorated with molded oblong panels, all raised on shell carved scroll front legs and scroll back legs. Approximate height 41", width 74.25", depth 20.75".
