French, late 19th or early 20th century. A pair of light green, white, and tan painted Louis XV style cane back chairs, the oval cane backs within conforming molded frames joined to stiles terminating in raking back legs, the seats and tied seat cushions upholstered in yellow fabric with floral print in shades of red, blue, rose, and green, over the serpentine crest rail with green painted corner blocks terminating in tapering fluted legs on toupie front feet. Approximate height 37", width 22", depth 19", seat to floor 19".
