Empire Mahogany and Parcel-gilt Marble-top Console Table, early 19th century, of typical form, with dark gray marble top above frieze drawer, front legs carved and painted as dark green hooved animal legs, with mirrored back, ht. 28 1/4, wd. 57 1/2, dp. 21 1/4 in. Mirrored back added or replaced, scratches to marble and chip to back left corner, quarter round to right side off but present.
