Early Andreas Voit-type Papier-mache Shoulder Head Doll, c. 1840-50, with round face, closed mouth, fixed black pupil-less glass eyes, painted lashes, molded short curls with individual brushstrokes at forehead and temples, later cloth body with kid arms, cotton undergarments, brown and white dotted cotton print dress with high lace collar, and leather shoes, (overall wear, fading and some retouch), ht. 24 in.
