Mahogany "3/4 Banjo" Clock by Chelsea Clock Company, with cast brass eagle finial, 6 in. dia. painted metal dial with Arabic numerals and marked Chelsea , flat frames enclosing reverse-painted tablets, the waist flanked by brass side ornaments, the lower depicting Mt. Vernon, carved and molded lower pedestal and eight-day time-only lever-escapement movement, ht. 32 in. Age consistent wear on case finish, slight discoloration on dial, movement complete, probably needs cleaning.
