Viennese Bronze-mounted, Part Cold-painted, and Colorless Glass Centerpiece, late 19th/early 20th century, the footed brass dish mounted with bronze rim cast with bamboo, the central upright mounted with four small cold-painted figures of Moorish boys on see-saws, supporting a cut and etched colorless glass trumpet vase with slightly everted rim, dish dia. 9 1/2, ht. approx. 19 5/8 in. vase with chips to the slightly everted rim. base likely stripped of some patination, with spots of verdigris (particularly at stem, rim, and edge of foot). some paint loss and retouch to the cold painted figures--figures now appear to be sealed/acquered over.
