Italian, mid 20th Century. A petite marble top stand or diminutive chest, chestnut with oak secondary wood, the white marble top with molded edge surmounting the distressed grain painted chestnut case with one frieze drawer decorated with a diamond molding centered by a round patinated brass pull over a waist molding surmounting two lower drawers with conforming pulls flanked by fluted columns, on molded base. Back stamped "Made in Italy." Approximate height 25", width 24", depth 16.5".
