Dubois & Fils, Swiss, circa 1790. Fine and rare 18 ct. gold early self winding watch. Double body, Louis XVI, polished. White enamel with Breguet numerals. Gold hands. Hinged gilt brass with cylindrical pillars, going barrel, brass wheel cylinder escapement, plain brass three arm balance set on the front plate, flat balance spring. The ogival platinum winding weight is pivoted on the edge of the back plate with two banking springs at his base. Signed on the dial and back plate. In very good condition; Diam. 53 mm.
