Nine English Pottery Items, late 18th/early19th century, three pitchers: one pearlware hand-painted with farming implements, one painted with puce flowers, and one with molded shell body decorated with maroon flowers and borders; a pearlware covered oblong vegetable dish with red feather-edge decoration, a red flower decorated plate with pink lustre striped rim, a yellow plate with puce and green painted foliage with a reticulated rim, a transfer-decorated pearlware mug with "The English Bred Horse" and "The Farmer's Friend," a pearlware mug decorated with an undulating blue ribbon and leafy branches, a pearlware teapot with molded swan finial on cover, decorated with pink roses and diaper borders, (imperfections), ht. 3 1/2-8, dia. 7 1/2-12 in. farming implements pitcher-large crack with old repair some pices loose but retained inside, our rim chips; pitcher w/ puce flowers-glaze wear on rim; pitcher w/molded shell body-two small rim chips, firing crack on underside of upper handle attachment; vegetable dish-1/2 in. chip on one handle; red flower/pink lustre dec. plate-minor glaze wear; a yellow plate w/reticulated rim-very good; transfer-decorated pearlware mug- 4 in. hairline on side, 1/2 in. base edge chip, glaze wear on rim; mug w/undulating blue ribbon-very good; pearlware teapot- small chips on cover edge and rim, handle with five crudely repaired cracks, small spout chip.
