Dutch Silver Apostle-type Spoon, 17th/18th century, with ovoid bowl, stem with engraved tapered section below twisted section, and topped by a figural terminal, monogrammed, lg. 7 5/8 in., approx. 1 troy oz. terminal depicting a male figure holding a staff (?) with what appears to be a sword strapped to his back. wear/loss and thinness to edge of bowl. old repair at twisted section of stem and at join of twisted section to engraved section of stem. old monogram to back of stem.
