Gilded and Silvered Bronze Figural Mantel Clock, France, c. 1900, orb-shaped clock adorned with cherubs, the base with birds to one side and stepped with arabesque floral banding within bands of beading and leaves with berries, ht. 20 1/2 in. A small hole near a bird suggests that there may have been something else on the base; missing Roman numerals IX, VI, VII.
