Pair of Regency Enamel Decorated and Parcel-gilt Porcelain Fruit Coolers, England, c. 1815-20, urn form with curved handles accented with shells, tapering lids centered by an upright topped by an artichoke finial, and fitted with liner bowls, with wide underglaze cobalt blue band overpainted with gilt scrolls and bellflower swags, and reserves painted with floral bouquets, ht. 12 1/2 in. one with rim chip to upper edge of body, touched up with gold paint, and with crazing to base of stem in center of lid. the other with hairline to the liner bowl, running about half the diameter.
