Two Staffordshire Earthenware Animals, England, late 18th/early 19th century, model of a dog with brown and ochre sponging, ht. 2 1/2; with a model of a lion, with brown mane and sponged ochre back, the base a translucent green, ht. 3 in. Dog: Roughness and small nicks along the footrim and to the edge of one ear. Lion: In good condition throughout.
