Provincial Carved and Inlaid Oak Armoire, Lorraine, France, 18th century, the two paneled doors with steel hinges and escutcheons, enclosing open interior with two shelves above two drawers with steel pulls, over carved skirt, on scrolled feet, ht. 78, wd. 64, dp. 19 1/4 in. Backboards replaced, one foot ended out, some interior rebuilding, wear, scattered small losses and imperfections.
