John W. Doscher (American, fl. circa 1940-1955) Evening Mist - 5th Avenue, c. 1943. Signed "John-Doscher" in pencil (on the mount) l.r., titled in pencil (on the mount) l.l. Gelatin silver print, image/sheet size 19 1/2 x 15 5/8 in. (49.4 x 39.5 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Unobtrusive toning, bloom/clouding to image along edges. The image is somewhat toned and faded, and there is silvering out of the image near the edges.
