Jon Sarriugarte for Form and Reform (American (California), Contemporary), modern forged iron metal three light floor candelabra or candleholder. Lighting piece composed of hand forged angled shafts of varying height joined at circular base. Inscribed, signed and dated on the bottom, "Form and Reform, Jon Sarriugarte, 2005". Height 60.75", width 9". Note: Sarriugarte owns Form & Reform, a blacksmithing company where he builds gorgeous custom metal pieces. He is also the co-owner of the Kraftworks building in West Oakland -- a collaborative shop that houses more than 20 industrial craftsmen and performance artists.
