French Champleve Crystal Regulator, c. 1890, the round brass, champleve decorated case with six beveled glass panels, 4-in. dia. floral garland decorated enameled dial with blue Roman numerals and champleve center, with matching decoration on all surfaces including the frieze, the base, inside and front surface of the pendulum, eight-day time and strike movement with pendulum and gong strike, ht. 15 3/4 in. Note: The present clock is closely related to one sold at Skinner's Science, Technology, and Clocks sale July 2011, Lot 507. No significant condition issues. All glass, dial and decoration in excellent condition.
