Large octavo format, untrimmed, the first two signatures unopened, with the last integral blank intact, 18 pages, stab sewn, signed by Henry Bowen (1785-1867), Secretary of Rhode Island (1819-1843), on the verso of the last leaf, some stains, tears, and other associated signs of wear, last bifolium detached from the stitching, 9 1/2 x 6 in.
