William Edward Kilburn (British, 1818-1891) Hand-tinted Quarter-plate Daguerreotype of a Girl, in a leather case stamped "BY APPOINTMENT MR. KILBURN 234 REGENT STREET" in gold. Condition: Minor tarnish, case is abraded and worn, especially at corners, cover is slightly warped, white sealing tape visible at very edges of package, not examined out of case. Provenance: A private New England collection.
