Four English Grecian Revival Red Figure Vessels, 19th century, three Samuel Alcock & Co. : two ceramic lekythos transfer-decorated to a high-gloss black glaze and depicting the death of Hector at the hands of Achilles, one with beehive mark, ht. 9 1/8, the other a porcelain amphora decorated with "Triptolemus on a Winged Chair from the Antique," identified on the underside, ht. 8 1/2; and a Wedgwood encaustic-decorated black basalt amphora, with impressed factory mark, ht. 7 in.
