Identified on the title page. Offset lithograph in a continuous run, "page" sizes 7 1/16 x 5 1/2 in. (17.8 x 13.9 cm), presented in the original slipcase (wear/losses). Condition: Toning to cover, very minor wear. Provenance: A New York City estate. N.B. A receipt for the purchase of the book dated October 30, 1970, from Wittenborn and Company, Scarsdale, New York, accompanies the lot.
