Pair of Mintons Louis Solon Decorated Pate-sur-Pate Vases and Covers, England, late 19th century, manufactured for Phillips's, Oxford St. , London, each with gilded wreath-form handles adorned with ribbons, gold cell and Greek key borders to neck and socle, dark teal blue ground with white slip allegorical figures with cherubs, one reverse with windmill centering scrolled foliage, the other with bird perched within an elaborate scrolled foliate cartouche, inscribed artist signature and prints marks, ht. 15 1/4 in.
