Attributed to Abraham Janssens (Flemish, 1575-1632) Flora Unsigned, titled on a handwritten label affixed to the back of the frame. Oil on canvas, 37 x 32 1/2 in. (94.0 x 82.5 cm), framed. Condition: Lined, patch reinforcement, repaired tear l.l., retouch, paint loss, craquelure, surface grime. Provenance: Purchased by the current owner from Maitland Art Gallery in Liverpool in the 1960s, reported to be from the estate of the Greek ambassador to England.
