A straw boater hat worn by Stan Laurel in The Lucky Dog (Metro, 1921). The movie marked the first appearance of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy in a film together. Interior label reads "Standard of Excellence/ Broadway Department Store/ Hollywood"; additionally marked "Lite Weight - Air Cool" and "Long Oval." Hat band of black grosgrain ribbon.
