A Wilson Milwaukee Braves hat game worn by Del Crandall. The fitted navy blue wool hat centers a white Milwaukee Braves embroidered "M" logo. Crandall's uniform number "1" is written on the underside of the brim in blue pen. Stitched into the interior leather sweatband is a Wilson manufacturer's tag and size "7" tag. Due to the fact that Whalen Monica, who obtained the hat directly from Crandall, attended only All-Star games and the World Series, it is believed that Crandall wore this hat during one of his 11 All-Star game appearances or during the 1957 or 1958 World Series.
