Salvador Dali (Spanish, 1904-1989), "Heaven Canto 9", color lithograph print from the artist's work illustrating Dante's "Divine Comedy" depicting three figures standing at full length, figure on left with beak and wings, next to a woman and man with leaved accents in hair, signed lower right margin in blue colored pencil and marked E. A. in pencil. According to Albert Fields, Dali signed 150 sets of prints in color pencil, blue for heaven images in New York City for F.A.R. Gallery for several days. This lot is likely from that signing and issue. Framed 22.3" x 18.4". Sheet size approximately 13.125" x 10.2".
