A lavender linen period costume worn by Betty Grable in The Farmer Takes a Wife (20th Century, 1953). The ensemble comprises a full skirt with a built-in organdy petticoat, cropped jacket with tails embellished with ivory trim and crochet globes, and a small coin purse.
