The lithograph is titled "My 56th Consecutive Game Hit" and is signed by DiMaggio in black marker. The lithograph is also signed by the artist in pencil and is numbered "768/1000." DiMaggio's 56 consecutive game hitting streak, which he accomplished in 1941, is a Major League Baseball record that still stands and one that many say will never be broken.
