A Rawlings Official American League Baseball (Budig) signed and inscribed by Baseball Hall of Fame Inductee Nolan Ryan. The ball has been signed by Ryan on the sweet spot along with the inscription "HOF 89." Ryan has then added another 15 inscriptions to the baseball in his own handwriting, listing many statistics and accomplishments from his career. Inscriptions include "324 Wins/ 7 No-Hitters/ 19 C Gs W. 1 Hit or Less/ 222 Complete Games/ 61 Shutouts/ 6 300K Seasons/ 15 200K Seasons/ 24 100K Seasons/ 100.9 MPH/ The Ryan Express/ 3.19 Career ERA/ 383 K's in '73." Signature and inscriptions all in blue ink. Affixed to the baseball is a sticker from HMG Sports numbering the ball "211/1000." While there are 1,000 balls listed in the edition number, it has been speculated that far less than 1,000 baseballs were ever signed and inscribed.
