A World Wrestling Federation (WWF) Intercontinental Championship belt won by Chyna (aka Joan Laurer) at the WWF's No Mercy event held at the Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 17, 1999. Chyna defeated Jeff Jarrett in the Intercontinental Championship match and became the first female Intercontinental champion in WWF history. The black leather belt is adorned with a large metal brass-plated sculpture at the center featuring six faux gemstones with "World Wrestling Federation/ Intercontinental/ Champion" in enamel lettering. Four brass-plated badges appear on the belt, two on either side of the center sculpture listing the names of Earth's seven continents, along with map-like images of the given continent listed on the badge. The belt features a 10-snap closure at back. Accompanied by a framed cover of the February 7, 2000, issue of Newsweek magazine, previously owned by Laurer, with the headline "Inside Wrestling Inc." featuring Chyna and The Rock on the cover.
