The cover of the magazine features then named Cassius Clay and Sonny Liston posing in boxing stances in advance of their upcoming heavyweight title fight. The fight was originally scheduled to be held in Boston, Massachusetts, but was rescheduled to May 25, 1965, in Lewiston, Maine. The magazine is framed together with a sheet titled "Title Fistic Facts," breaking down both Clay's and Liston's measurements, as well as a plaque outlining the magazine and fight.
