Ames” who was the associate producer on the film and is inscribed on the end paper by executive producer Robert Fellows “Dear Steve, This will probably not be the best picture you make but it certainly is the first – and I’d like to start your collection of scripts – best as always Bob Fellows December 1945.” The pink title page is marked “Final Script” and dated April 28, 1944.
