Born in Miami, Florida to famous 1950's Cuban musician Leo Castaneda and to Mother Celina Petra, Elsie was raised throughout South America until age 12, when her family moved to America. Elsie's Art which runs under Lcee Designed, has been selling privately to the public for over 12 years. She always knew she was an artist but never considered it a part of her career until one day Elsie fell on hard times and it was her art which kept a roof over her head and her children clothed and fed. With a new found respect for her talent and paint brush in hand, Elsie has continued to awe her fans with her theatrical mood art.
