Duke blue sequin officer style jacket with gold epaulets, buttons and cuff accents, accompanied by two leotards, white turtleneck with matching dyed blue skirt with gold seed bead fringe accents. Label reads “Grace Costumes New York” with “Ann Miller” written in pen. Accompanied by seven original color photographs of Miller wearing this costume on stage.
