A set of wood custom-made shoe forms created for Madonna by Pasquale Di Fabrizio and marked in ink "Madonna. " Accompanied by an outline of Madonna's foot drawn on yellow lined paper marked "Madonna/ left foot/ Patent leather - 7 1/2 w/small heel/ w/arch support"; two small wooden heels in different styles; cut out paper pattern; grey leather fabric scrap; and Di Fabrizio's business card. Contained in a Di Fabrizio box labeled "Madonna." Pasquale Di Fabrizio created custom hand made shoes out of his shop in Los Angeles and called himself "The Stars' Shoemaker."
