A Vox Sidewinder IV electric bass, mahogany hollow body with maple neck and rosewood fret board, serial number 388066, signed by John Entwistle. This is purportedly the guitar used by Entwistle on a September 1967 episode of the Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour that fortunately remained unsmashed by Pete Townshend. The guitar was subsequently auctioned for charity, where it is believed Enwistle donated the signed bass. Accompanied by The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour Season two DVD set. Categories:
