A souvenir miniature director’s chair given to Stanley Donen. The chair back of the statuette is engraved “Director.” Plaque at the base reads “Director’s Guild of America, Inc/ Annual Awards Dinner/ March 9, 1985/ Stanley Donen.” Accompanied by a signed letter from Donen on his personal stationery. Donen was nominated five times for Outstanding Directorial Achievement by the DGA. Donen was known as “The King of the Hollywood Musical.” Height, 3 3/4 inches; base, 2 1/2 by 3 inches Categories:
