A handcrafted German gentleman puppet with cloth covered mannequin rubber face and cloth and fabric body. This puppet is dressed in an elaborate felt and leather trimmed costume with horn buttons and fur trimmed cap, in the original protective case. This puppet appeared with Elvis Presley in the film G . I . Blues (Paramount, 1960). Together with an original annotated design sketch (charcoal and watercolor on art paper) by Morton Haack.
