A silk gown worn by Bette Davis as Carlotta in promotional images for Juarez (Warner Bros. , 1939). The full-length 1800s gown is constructed of a grey silk material with hand sewn lattice work, basket weave, blank pleat pattern, and lace details down the front of the gown, length of the sleeves, and along the hem line. Gilberto Guzman, head tailor at Eastern Costume, performed some conservation work to the garment. Acquired from the Debbie Reynolds Collection.
