Pair of Decorative Hinged and Lidded Boxes: a) Painted with birds and scrollwork motifs and reinforced with ornamental brass strips along the edges, measuring 13 inches by 9 ½ inches by 7 ½ inches high. Lock but no key. Possibly a game box originally. Hinge is loose and some loss on back edge; and b) Box with tooled leather designs over wood, with red flock lining, and measuring 11 inches by 7 inches by 6 ½ inches high. Inner tray missing.
