William IV rosewood and elmwood circular center table with parcel gilt gadrooned edge on top and bottom of apron above a thick tapered columnar shaft accented with leaf tip motif at bottom above a tripartite base with large gilt lion's paw feet terminating on wheeled casters. Height 30.125", diameter 53.3". Provenance: Sotheby's New York: Important English Furniture and Decorations, October 18, 1997 as Lot 485 whereby acquired by Mrs. Dorothy Edwards, Atlanta, Georgia.
